Quest Commodity Brokers Jayne Barker, is the principal of Quest Commodity Brokers. Formerly trading as JOC Commodity Marketing Services, the company changed names in July 2009. Jayne began JOC Commodity marketing in October 2004, initially as an agent for a grain company and a cotton merchant but is now purely an independent grain broker. Quest Commodity Brokers is based in Gunnedah on the Liverpool Plains, servicing mainly Northern and Central NSW producers and also East Coast consumers and merchants.

Jayne Barker (nee O'Connor)Jayne originates from a farming family in southern NSW where a passion for grain marketing derived. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Business degree, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Jayne began her career in the financial markets in Sydney, where she became specialised in agricultural derivatives before moving back to the country to apply those skills as a grain broker and commodity risk management advisor. Apart from a year working in equity derivatives in London, Jayne has been involved in the grain and cotton marketing industry in northern NSW since 1997. |

Robert Lean ceased employment with Quest on the 19th Feb. Shane Brady has commenced on a part time basis as support staff. Quest is seeking a full time broker. |
